ok I've now got my captive works reciever here at home set up, when I go into the menu I have no key menu to manually put the keys in any help on this? Also this reciever hasn't been used since last summer I just scanned for dn on it and now it says scrambled channel I have just put on the 1.68 on it what am I doing wrong here someone help me please

There is a program update that will have to be done, it's sort of a conversion, I'm not sure when this update came out but I believe it is about this time.

Go to Menu-->Accessories-->Key Menu
You there Add, Edit, and Update keys if yourt autoroll does not work

I've gone to menu, accesories but then there's no key menu there. I'm lost don't know where it is now

U sure there is no Key Menu? Because there should be for the CW 600p reciver

on remote press F1 reciever will show H on remote press 000,this will enable the patch,try this it should work if you have bin 168 installed.

I'm sure it's not there lol I got receivers mixed up today when I hooked up my cousins captiveworks and his doesn't have the key menu on it but I am going to try the CW600SKroundV1.34_Update for Summer.zip only thing I need to know is how to do a factory default when I'm done this file

Also how do I know if it's in stand by mode?

you will see " --:-- " on the front panel and the " : " will blink back and fourth

the guys all have this right.

1.DO NOT load that cw 600s reg file.that is NOT for the premium.
(CW600SKroundV1.34_Update for Summer.zip)


2.press f1-000 to enable the patch.otherwise you will not have the key menu.


3.simply wait for pic.no need to edit keys.and should you want to.you can press page down button to enter them anyway.-shortcut.

ok ty I did the f1 0000 and now I have the key menu back now to see if I can get any channels in from scrambled channel lol

CW 600P takes up to 5 min to autoroll just wait, put the box on ch 100 four 30 sec then put it ch 105 and wait into goes up take up 5 min.
