I can then go edit like 4 or 5 channels or not? because I tried to rename for example The N into Nick GaS It dident let me until I put the DN&BEV names on OFF so is it possiable to rename as the functuionif it is on Off?

Re: Channels...........
no.its just makes a copy on your pc too.
also, don't forget to save the list to the stb itself before you start.then if anything goes wrong, you can simply load it back.

Re: Channels...........
with the captiveworks premium you can save your list.(a channel list always saves user settings also)right in the receiver itself.
go to menu>system setting>user channel list.(save and load options)
now,no matter what you do,you can always go back where you started from.

KK so am I doing it right please tell me
-Open loader 1.06
-select COM port and select UPLOAD DATA
-have STB on from the back but off from the front
-click START
-then the % will finish and you will see on the recvier -END
-then turn STB off and on from the back to clear it
-open channel master
-then go to FILE, IMPORT, CW 600S

when I click go to import in the CM I see these follwoing options
-Wizard...
-Template...
-Open Project From Web...
Which one do I choose, because I dont see CW 600S unless I clcik on template thant I can broswe for a file, is that right?
so if I FOLLOW EACH AND EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS, I dont have to set default key and patch enable?

Re: Channels...........
Just use the File>Open, Change to all file types, and open your .sdx file. Once you are finished editing it, save it. After you save the .sdx file with CM and upload it to your CWP with its loader you'll probably notice that each channel "blinks" for a fraction of a second when you first tune to it. This is not a big deal and will only happen once for each channel. I think some bit of information gets lost in the process and the CWP just has to relearn it.

Re: Channels...........
it happened to me, but it's nothing to scare you away, I used CM long time ago, so maybe with the newer versions this bug has been fixed. But even if it's not, the blink is barely noticeable(half a second) and you'll only notice it when you tune into the channel, no blinking afterwards while watching. But let me know if they fixed this bug or not, I am curious, since I haven't used CM in over a year.
thanks
