No need of photoshop
HOW TO INSTALL
Here is how to install and use the program
-Click on "Picture Resize Genius Installer" and follow the steps
-After installation click finish
-Then go and click on the file called "Picture Resize Genius Patch"
-Then click on the "..." button
-Then go to My Computer/C:/Program Files/Picture Resize Genius and click on the files called PictureResizeGenius
-Then you will see that the target file is now C:Program Files/Picture Resize Genius/PictureResizeGenius
-Click on "Patch"
-After patched you may now use the program
HOW TO USE PROGRAM
-Open Picture Resize Genius
-Then click on "Open Files"
-Broswe for the picture you would like to resize
-Click no the picture
-Then click on the " Resize[+] " button
-Now make sure the "maintain aspect ratio" is not checked because then you can resize to 720x480
-After resized click on "Process"
-Make sure the file is ".JPG"
-Save to desktop
