Not finding Sat118.7

I want to scan 118.7. I don't see that in my "satellite installation". Does anyone have this problem. I have CW600sPremium

if you want to take the time to add the transponders to your 119 sat it takes awhile but you can then do a rescan and you will have all channels from 118.8

But why is my STB not showing 118.8 satellite. I thought all the satellites should be listed on the STB (maybe I am wrong). How do you fix the transponder so that I can get 118.8.

i dont know about your cw600 i have a vs lite.i had 90 signal and 94 quailty when i scaned the 118.7 sat.it would scan but i couldnt get any picture so i added the transponders to the 119 sat rescanded and all channels came up.if you go to lyngsat you can find the transponder numbers by looking at 118.7 sat. you also need a ku twin lnfb. i have a digiwave dgl1189s. it is a circular/linear lnb combined. i think gh had a list of the transponders posted on here. mabey another member knows witch section it is in. i will see if i can find it. will post back

My CW600P does not have 118.7 by default too. I have to manually add it by Channel Master. But when I scan this bird with my Dish1000+ the 118.7 channels always either disappear by themselves or jump to the first bird on the satellite list (or the second if 118.7 already has been moved to the first position).

Not only a circular LNB but also with LO at 10.750 GHz.

On the CW600p, it doesn't show it as a different sat but it has it under 119 with the lower frequency TP's.....on mine it does, anyway.

I don't have to add TP's, they are already there on mine.

Hello cholito, I can move the 118 TPs to under 119 but only the 119 channels show up when I rescan 119 with the my original Dish1000+ antenna. Are you using a special LNBF which can pick up 119/118 the same time?

why would i use 121 as a starting point, wouldn't i just edit all the tp's under 119 and do a rescan. im a little confused. thanks for your help
