cant load - ABA DSS

okay for some reason I cannot get my stb to take the bin. ive tried everything. I am using a usb to serial cable, then the cable that came with the unit. ive tried all the com ports and none of them ever load . has annyone had this issue before? please help. Ive even tried loading a new loader and no dice. is it my box ahhhhhh

the usb cable-is it a null cable

yes i unzipped the files. is the null cable the one that came with the unit. i bought the usb to serial at radio shack part 26-949, then i used the on that cam with the unit.

The cable that the NULL cable.. Radio Shack USb to serial are bad.. I tell you this for personal experience.

that particular usb to serial cable you have came with a cd with the drivers on it
make sure you loaded the right driver for the operating system you are using--XP or Vista or 2000 or Me

the on eyou have is a pretty good one
i have one of them that works as long as you have the right driver

i did make sure to load the proper sofware driver. And still nothing. could i be doing something wrong. the loader stays at 0% does that mean nothing is transfering over. maybe its not even the cable. any other suggestions

are you sure you got a cw600p and not the cw600reg?????

are you trying from boot or standby mode
