how do i get all my channels back? i only have some

Can anyone assist me with my loss of channels? I dont know what happened. I am not able to view any of my PPV, since they are not on my list of channels. How can i go about getting them back on the PROGRAM GUIDE ? Thanks

ok here is what i would do if i was you--i have a cw600p by the way---
menu->installation->factory default->channel list only->yes then exit
then antenna setting->find the sat you are pointed at then do a auto scan for each one you are pointed at
when it ask if only fta channels press no
thta will give you all your channels back

for some odd reason, i am still missing lots of channels. i.e. ppv, hbo and others

did you load the latest bin. It should be the 8142008 file.

Re-do ALL the coaxal connectors.....sometimes they rust on the inside, and that will cause a COMPLETE loss of Horizontal channels. I had to re-do mine a lil over a month &1/2 ago. The tips of the rg-6 LOOKED fine, but i re-did the connectors anyways, re-hooked up, re-scanned, and everything was PERFECT again.
