A: Press Menu
B: 3 Times down Key
C: Ok
D: OK again
E: 5 Times Down key
F: Right/Left key untill it goes to NTSC no luck. press right and left buttons on remote or what ???????

yeah that's correct.the right/left buttons on the remote buddy.
flip the rear switch off/on before you start tho.
try it a couple times.you will get it.

oh.sorry.
yeah.forget about left/right.just press right. 
its just that you can scroll through right or left once you get to that step.just keep pressing the right button til you see.

yeah.that will do it.
once you get to that last step,it may take a few "rights" lol.so just keep pressing right.
if this doesn't work,
hit up the download section and flash the factory file.
