Hello,

I load new file but it does not loading. On receiver screen it suppose to show percentage complete it shows channel number. Any idea, some one can help.

Thank you vs team - great job! ... good the last 4 hours, hope we don't have to face that one again to soon.

btw:: The only thing I noticed was when I reconnected to the tv - it took about 5 minutes for the fix to kick in & the pics to start.
(came in to reload fix but didn't have to)

All is good with the file fix as there is no wide spread issue reported..??

If not back working already try the following:::

It may be helpful to dl the file again and ensure you unzip it and while loading ensure firm connections with your stb n pc..

Reboot after the dl is confirmed completed to the box..
If need be disconnect the stb from all power sources n reconnect after a short pause...2-3 minutes...should be good to go...enjoy the show...

yes -there were no issues just like normal-as alwayz..

BUT notice one thing when there were key changes by the provider and the box auto rolled it was frozen for a few seconds as it was aolling the keys( I suppose) then it shut off by itself and rebooted after showing "0000" - followed woth "ON" momentarily..display-that was unusual BUT it never lost the show..??

Happened twice yesterday at about 5pm edt and again about 10.20pm edt..

All is good otherwise and NO freezing or any thing...enjoy the show...

Hi guys,
i have problems with both my vs plats. One freezes every couple hrs and hard reboot fixes it. It also has the coulored snow in the guide box and the lower box when u change channels.
The other works great exept when u change channels somtimes it jumps ahead or back to Ch 100 even when I am going one channel at a time. Somtimes the remote freezes on 100 and I cant change channels at all.
All this started on last bin. Thanks if any suggestions.

Do u think its the bin or my boxes just need default to clean out the junk?

I've done factory default 3 times... I've loaded factory Bin and reloaded firmware 3 times... I've rescanned channels three times, and nothing happens. Its the Bin - 100%

Different people are having different kinds of problems. Looks like the problem is a result of a combination of what you do with the reciever via the remote. So I don't beleive that there is a standard solution that can fix everyones problems.

Remember that these are temp fixes. So please be patient and in the mean time just reboot.

If you are having serious problems where you do not have a picture at all, then there is something wrong with the receiver or you are not doing things correctly. Also remember that auto roll takes a bit longer with this newest bin for the VS plat, so just let it roll on CNN for DN and Raptors for B$v. Don't keep chaning channels during auto roll, if you do you may have to reboot and start over again. Best way to get auto roll working correctly is to go to CNN, then turn off from back and then turn it back on and then let it sit on CNN until autoroll finds the keys.
