My book lists several for each, for LG, use one of these 004,106,119,110,112,113,127,and 143
For Phillips use 164,005,038,093,127,006,003,004,059, and 210. Sorry my book doesn't pinpoint by model...

It should be in the back of your manual of your receiver.
If you lost it let me know.

Re: Remote Control Codes
The great thing about the Viewsat remote is that you don't necessarily need to know the code to enter. It has the feature where it can try different codes until it finds one that works. I wanted to control my Sony stereo with the Aux button on the remote, but there was no code for this. So I just followed the steps for it to test all codes and eventually it worked.
Warning: This may take a while since it has to go through all the banks of codes in its memory and you have to keep pushing the button to keep testing the codes. It is all explained in the owners manual and easy to follow.
Good luck!

Hey Carp, would you happen to have that manual in zip or rar, either would do. My remote/receiver is a 4 yr old VS2000 platinum. Much appreciated. 27" Panasonic, boob tube, lol, not lcd.

Re: Remote Control Codes
OK here is what you will do to programme ur VS remote to operate for all available AuX that you need to prog for codes::
Turn the TV or AUX 'ON" point the remote to the TV..press power tab and TV tab on remote simultaniously..keep it pressed until TV shuts off..as soon as the remote finds the code relevent the light on the remote TV tab will flash more than once...ur TV will shut off..the remote locks ur code...turn TV back on with the remote n enjoy the show..follow same process for other AUX to be prog with ur VS-Remote...hope that helps ..
