VS2000 Lite Problem

My first post here lol, here goes:

I bought a VSLite about a month ago and I tried to configure it, but failed miserably.
I'll admit that after reading a myriad of threads, I still am unable to locate the latest bins and things like that.
I have my EchoStar 7, 8, and 10 Signal at 75%+ and Quality at 85%+ all the time, yet when I do an AutoScan, I get absolutely nothing.

I don't know what's I'm doing wrong =\ I would appreciate if I could get help step-by-step (and I apologize if I posted in the wrong spot, I'm very new to this)

Thank you, and I already watched that and followed it step-by-step and still came up with 0 channels on my AutoScan. My Signal Strength and Quality are excellt; why am I not getting any channels?

Not sure what kind of Dish I have. I do know it's a Dish Network dish.
