Transfer bin files from one receiver to another

Can somebody tell me how to download bin files from one vs plat. to another? Thanks

attach null modem cable to both stbs
go to system information page in menu on the stb your transferring from
go to receiver up grade
go to all information hit ok
turn on receiver #2 from the back and you will see information transfer begin.

This is how I cloned vs ultra, pages and menus are probably the same.
