problem with viewsat plat 2000
hi , i cant up date my receiver cause when i try to put the new file to my receiver from my computer, the information doesnt pass to the receiver, i dont now what to do...tnks

Have you installed the drivers for your usb-serial adapter?
In the loader are the serial ports directed to the box?

Can you give us a little bit more info about your setup? Are you using Win XP or Vista?
What are your port settings? - COM port, baud rate, data bits etc.
Are you using a USB to serial cable?
