need help with downloads!!! - ABA DSS

hi, i'm new to all of this and i was having a problem with downloading the fixes for the viewsat plat. When i tried to open the downloaded file it said file couldn't be opened b/c it wasn't supported or it was damaged. What do I do?

Hello and welcome. I moved your post to the help section, the download section you posted in is for files only and not too many people see your post there.

Have you ever had problems before, have you changed anything since ie cable, computer etc?

i haven't set up my own box before, i was paying someone else to do it, but i'm tired of doing that, i just want a step by step guide to getting the downloads, and putting the right keys in and what the keys mean. I know all of this probably sounds stupid to you guys, but oh well

try deleting the file from your pc and downloading it again, sometimes files corrupt, post back if you need more help.

i tried everything you guys recommended but it's still not helping. i tried reloading the downloads but my computer still says it can't open or read the files, any ideas?

Do you have a file extraction program? Click on the link below for a copy of winrar. When you download the file you need to right click and "Extract All".
