I have a view sat lite and i am having a very hard time uploading my files into my viewsat my box after downloading my files from the computer i just cant seem to load them in my view sat, my view sat does not have a usb

If you have a Viewsat Ultra Lite the USB in in the back of the reciever. If just VS Platium Lite then u need a null modem cable to load the file

I have the null cable to load the file, but i cant seem to load it to my reciever, it gives me a messege "error" any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have the right loader and did you unzip the file? Make sure your com port is correct. With my VS plat I am using com port 1.

which loader do you need? i have the loader2.1 mfc application is this the correct one?

Yes loader 2 will work. There is also a later one but loader2 works good. Ok. so you downloaded the pgm. file and unzipped it and opened the loader, retrived the pgm file and loaded it. You are waiting for the loader to start the program and then you turn on from back switch. After the loader finishes and program is installed then you set up your dish and scan. Is this what you are doing?

yes and all i get after trying to load my reciever is an error message. I have done this before with no problem but i had to get my laptop fixed and when i got it back i tried to load my files and got that error message please help

When you try to load does it show the box that show how much of the file is loaded. When you open the loaded how far do you get before the error message?

not far. what kind of winzip file do i need is there diffrent winzips out there you can maybe try to download?

when i try to load the status says: Error in Initializing

Yeah. I use winrar. It is a good program. google it and download. Let me know. I'll be leaving for home in about 25 mins. I'll check in and see how far yo have gotten.

I have tried just about everything and nothing seems to work, can i input the files in manually if i can will you please show me how to do it/
