Did you un-zip the files? you need to un-zip it,Before you download.

are you using USB to 9 pin Serial cable?

yes, it is a 9 pin serial cable to USB and yes I have the files unzipped

Ok guys got the cable have the Loader2 user Guide. I did the first 4 steps. Then I am not sure how to tel which com port I need. That maybe the problem. I can get the main software but nothing else in the following opening. So on the user guide I am stuck on #6
Any help?

Tried port one I love mine too when it works. I wish I had watch tha guy that did mine so I would know what I am doing
