Got the cable but it comes up at the download and says frame test and goes back to resending and it never downloads stays at 0% Hekp appreciated

Did you un-zip the files? you need to un-zip it,Before you download.

Ok guys got the cable have the Loader2 user Guide. I did the first 4 steps. Then I am not sure how to tel which com port I need. That maybe the problem. I can get the main software but nothing else in the following opening. So on the user guide I am stuck on #6
Any help?
