hey im having a real blonde moment here my husband normally does this but he is sleeping (lucky him lol) i have the viewsat extreme vs2000 n im not sure which keys to put in to make it work again  could sum1 plzzzz help me |

Loading and error problems
I've got a Viewsat Platinum and I've downloaded the loader2 and the current bin file and unzipped both of them. Now I'm getting an error when I try to open my loader2 file, although it does come up. Then the only file I get from the bin file is 1 pgm file and no other files (no sat, or ch, or opkey files). Then when I try to load the 1 file I have I get an error message and nothing happens. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I believe I've got the correct cables hooked up.
