ViewSat Plat Lite.

I've got Signal at 83+ and Quality of 95+. EchoStar 7 and Nimiq 1 both scan and come in fine. However, I can't get EchoStar 10,11 to come in.
Also, I don't have any info on the F2 ( menu ) button. Even if I go to the guide is doesn't show and channel info.


My sat settings are set up

When scanning for 110, does it say 110 in the corner, either top left or right, can't remember, shelved my VSP for the SV360E. But if it doesn't then you may need to tweek dish.

Network Search: ON

When scanning the channels on the other two Sats it says the same thing but brings all the channels.

I'm pulling the same Signal and Quality as the above mentioned on all three Sats. If I move the dish either direction I loose both S and Q. I had a dish guy set up the dish after a few failed attempts on my part.

Any other suggestions?
