Re: channels deleted...wont come back
Factory default will wipe out your receiver settings. You have to go into antenna set-up and put the information back into the sats your pointed at.

Re: channels deleted...wont come back
you go into menu then antenna setup ,scroll for your sats if it was 119w echo star ,then go down the the installation menu ,it will show you some thing like this.
lnb type- standard or what kind you have
diseqc option-most likely port -1
switch-disable
freq-11250
tp-12239
lnb power -on
22khz-on
iam sorry if its not right but it should give you a idea,i dont own a viewsat.now when your in antenna settings if everything is right you will see a lock on your sat,it will appear in the top corner again-119 echostar hope this helps somewhat.good luck.

Re: channels deleted...wont come back
After you factory (D) go and load factory vo279 file then current fix go to installation then antenna set up your echostar119 DISEQC should reed port 1 echostar 110 should reed 2 on DISEQC SAVE AND GO THATS IT.. IF the channels are completly gone go to auto scan and do your birds.
remember go back and check your disq on both birds make certian there right.
