loosing channels - ABA DSS

noticed that I am loosing channels, EchostarPackage #120, #300 anyone else having this problem?

i just lost EVERYTHING .....622 PM EST......its all black......

I lost all channels on viewsat,coolsat 4000 pro, and Megasat yt6688, last night, everything working fine this morning nothing on any of them. So what did I do wrong. What is my net move as I have run out of thing to try.

It will be down until you enter new keys.

I just did it for the first time on a Viewsat Extreme... it's a little more difficult than Pansat, but not bad.

1. get new keys - posted here or with Keymaster.

2. turn off the Auto TP & Auto Keys.
just press menu then go down to "auto tp" and "auto keys' and set them both for <OFF>. Exit to the main menu.

3. enter the new keys.

Use the arrows to get to the selection for "DISH 01 01 00"
You'll see 5 lines of code:

88 ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ##
89 ## ## ## ## ## ## ## ##

(At this point, I wrote down all 5 lines, in case I messed something up)

The first 8 "words" of the new key go on line 08. The second 8 go on line 09.
Lines 00, 88 and 89 are not changed.
It is possible to overwrite the line identifiers (the "08" and the "09"), be sure not to. The data goes in the 8 positions next to the line id.

Enter the new keys, using the numeric keypad, F1 for "A", F2 for "B", F3 for "C", F4 for "D", Last channel (under the 9 button) for "E" and Color for "F"

After both lines are entered, check them for accuracy and press exit. It will ask if you want to save the changes. Press the OK. Then back out of the menu with the exit.

4. Watch TV

It all took about 10 minutes and worked on the first try.
