A Sad Day - ABA DSS

This is a sad day for me. I am ordering a new K box prodigy.
I have been a loyal VS user for years, but it doesn't look like
VS is in the game anymore? What's so frustrating is the fact that
they don't even put out any news letting their customers know that they are still there and working on a solution. Yeah we have heaard all the rumors but no statement from them. I can't believe they wouldn't put out an IKS solution in the short term. Oh well anyway they just lost a loyal
customer.

Viewsat can't come out with news that they are working on a 3nd party fix for N3. Just like no other Co. are doing that.

I know this is a rumor as of now, and sorry for being dumb but i could not get this to post in rumor section. but i heard from a reliable source that Viewsat has a standalone file fix for Nag 3. this person has never told me anything before that was not true. so lets keep our fingers crossed maybe just a couple more days... and i hate to post anything that i do not know for certain but i thought everyone might want to know what the lastest talk is

I am with you, I am also looking for non-VS FTA unit, so far nothing came out, not even alpha forget about beta & final release.

I am thinking of going with nFusion Phoenix,as I read nFusion Solaris is older model & may be phased out sooner & it's slower.

Im also looking for a new box (KBOX or Nfusion) , but luv my viewsat also Im not giving up on the vs team though. I have hope.LOL

I am a veiwsat fan and have been since I first started being a user of FTA. My first one unit used was a extreme than an ultra I love viewsat I loved what they were able to do in the past when we on viewsat were up and running and everyone else was waiting for the fix it was great. Well I think this time has been the hardest wait and longest for me but I believe they will get a fix out soon how soon I don't have a clue. Thats why in this game you have to have a reliable backup and for me it is the Nfusion I hate the blackouts though they are short I can watch charlie and bev no probs. I can live with it until I decide which viewsat box I will buy in the near future along with a new Nfusion when they get this all sorted out and I no they will gotta keep faith.

dont give up on the VS just yet, if you find any post by cyphris you will see they are close, we all knew it wouldnt be easy but you just have to be patient.
if cyphris says it I beleive it, a large company like viewsat isnt just going to throw in the towel.

I don't think it's productive to attack the GREAT people here at ABA. I have been in this hobby for quite sometime and the folks here are AWESOME!!! It means a lot to be part of group that will help when you need help and you can trust them. There's quite a few sites out there that lies to you to get your money. I also do agree that patience is a virtue. I think the GREAT people at Viewsat has gotten us all spoiled because in the past they have always answered the bell quickly. They aren't the leaders of the industry for nothing. I am going to wait patiently for a few more weeks since we are finally hearing something out of the vs camp.
