I am still up and running.Fla but my brother is not PA. Downloaded opkey you posted the 27th still no go. Had bin from 10-7-no good. Did factory reset ,reloaded bin and opkey,reset dish specs turned off auto tp scanned the 2 birds tuned on auto tp nothing. I'm just befuddled and I see other people with same results. Any suggestions?

You have 2 Dish providers in the Code section go to the one that says
Dish < 01 01 00 >
There you will change the Keys in lines 08-09

Line 08-E6 80 E6 01 DB 7D EE 4D
Line 09-9B 12 EC 90 62 27 AD 26

Are you saving after you exit?
If you are having problems then you are probably making a mistake somewhere. Try changing the keys in both providers and in all 4 lines, put the keys in 08-09 and repeat them again in 88-89 and do the same on the other dish provider too.
And make sure you have the right file in it please.

Are you sure you are entering it in the right Dish section (01 01 00) and you have the latest bin file?

carpenter, you are a genius, I have been fighting with this all day and your
explanation in above post did it for me, evidently I was putting keys in wrong
place, but when I entered them in both places, tv came back. Thanks again for all your help
