Missing HBO and others!!

Hey everyone i seem to be missing some channels on my viewsat extreme which are most of the HBO channels, i only have hbo comedy (307) and hbo latin (309). Others include g4, comedy central, both mtv channels. there are more i just dont remember.

my setup is

Echostar 8,10 110.0w
lnb power - on
lnb type - standard
lnb freq - 11250
22khz - off
Tp Freq - 12224
search option - all
diseqc10 - port 4
motor - off
legacy sw
S=80%, Q75%

Echostar 7 119w
lnb power - on
lnb type - standard
lnb freq - 11250
22khz - off
Tp Freq - 12224
search option - all
diseqc10 - port 4
motor - off
legacy sw
S=80%, Q75%

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated

You are missing a set of keys.Check your keys .

Not missing,They don,t match up with yesterdays keys.Go to code menu & look at your keys with thier keys.

I think your TP freq on 119 should be 12239 instead of 12224. Not sure if this is the cause for the missing channels.

ziggy is correct but the viewsat seems to always display 12224 even after you change it. i would change it and then rescan both birds (channel scan)

12224 will need to be deleted from 119. Go to channel scan, pull up 119 sat, scroll down to 12224 tp freq and delete it. Then rescan for channels.

You have your LNB set to standard, what type LNB is it that you have. If you are not sure, look at photo gallery at top of page, may be your set up is wrong, also you can not have both birds feeding in on port 4 on your diseq. Depending on LNB type, echo 119 to port 1 and echo 110 to port 2. Are you using any switches? I know you said diseq, but if your LNB has a internal switch, you don't need it. Let us know your LNb type and we can get this fixed for you...
