viewsat clone dead
I got a extrem viewsat clone and i upgrade the BIN DBPSW-070411X . It was working ok and after one week it refused to turn on. it have the red light inside but it did not work. After changing the jumpers and applying the all boot hex file with the STC-ISP V31a my receiver it was dead... I replaced it with the VIEWASM BOOT-F.hex after this file the flash light comes on, some times "9999"or "8888" "0000" and some times no flashlight, so when i try to load the factory BIN DBPSW_060923AS_XTREME.PGM it does not send to receiver, the message ( frame type 255 e8 BB 50 81 )
can some bory help me !

There's nothing you can do to fix it...it now is what we refer to as a "doorstop".
Let this be a lesson to you and others...don't buy a clone.
For the same money...you could buy a CoolSat6100 with a 5 year warranty (free parts & labor).

If it was a clone it would be dead as soon as you loaded a bin file into it.

must not be clones then had all 3 for about a year now but you help with this one box has noCH no the front lcd tryed factory default but it's still there thanks scott
