Help needed for viewsat

I have a viewsat extreme and I downloaded the new fix DBPSW-080104X Fix For Dn Only and I still get no channels. I have tried doing a hard reset and nothing. I also checked the keys and they are current ones. I ran out of ideas and don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help? at this point a im desperate, thank you.

try turning of bev autoroll and only keeping DN autoroll on

You've gotten good advice. If your autoroll is on it can take some time for it to pick up channels. Leave it on one channel, like a local network for 10 or fifteen minutes without chaninging channels. Are you getting a message on your screen,? Doesa it sat autoroll processing or no audio or video?

Hi, happy new year. Have you check the antena setup? and the antenas have the correct settings TP, LNB etc

thanks guys I have made a hard reset and I loaded the latest op keys, right now I am waiting on autoroll to see if I get my channels back. All my satellite settings are correct and i am going to wait on autoroll. I have been reading and hearing that its taking up to 15 min for autoroll. Thank you guys for your suggestions and believe me I am trying everything.
