Problem Downloading Latest bin file

When trying to download latest bin, my loader2 program got stuck at the stage for "Sending ZRQINT"..and nothing got downloaded. This is my first time downloading by myself so I don't know if I have all the latest versions of the other files: "cha", "sat", and "zmodem3". Where can I load these programs from for 61.5W channels. The other possible reason is that my cable is busted, but I have used the same cable for downloads on pansat 2500 clones many times before without any problems. Will the Viewsat experts please advise me on this question?

what reciever are you using, if it is a viewsat, the cable for pansat is different than viewsat. also when downloading ,when it gets to the send part you must flip the switch off and then on, on the back of the box then download should start. but if you are using pansat cable for viewsat then it wont work. you need a different cable.

Im no expert but i have a viewsat extreme.
Whith the box turned off press pc-stb button than turned box on on the back of rhe receiver, than wait for it to download untill numbers show on front, than turned off and disconnect, or it may be the cable Im using a usb to serial with a null modem, maka sure you install the cd that came whith the box ,hope this help you

I also have problem downloading file. File is not downloading. Any advise is appreciated. I have viewsat platinum lite. Thank you.
