Vs EXTREME going ON and OFF every 3 minutes

I need help, I load the last bin file to vs xtreme, so now the reciever going ON and OFF every 3 minute. if i load an old bin file is fine.

If your receiver is rebooting itself it is normally a problem with channel database. do a factory reset, setup dish/lnb setting and rescan.

thank u vtoskov for reply my message i did factory default more than 50 times didnt help. the problem is the new bin file if i load an old bin file it not rebooting. but i cant watch any channels with it. so will try one more time and change LNB fq, scan.

and all should be good after you reload settings and auto scan.
make sure settings and time are correct.

Which .bin did you load?

You may have loaded the wrong one.

The latest one is: Dbpsw-080108x-1

I try do reset on VS XT. I hold down the ON button at the front and turing it ON at the
back and hold it didnt shut off.

this some one told me to use the programm Conexiant-IC-Programmer_STC-ISP V31a to fix my vs from ON and OFF, i use this Conexiant-IC-Programmer_STC-ISP V31a now it kill my reciever not even light up.

Try changing the EPG guide from 24 hours to like 5 hours. Also, either delete Bev channels or turn off Bev LNB in Antenna Settings. Bev sometimes creates big problems. I believe these resets happen because of a memory malfunction after the EPG fills up too much info.

Anyone who is experiencing this type of problem should play around with the EPG settings and let us know your findings.

I had probs as well with ultra but I just deleted file from stick , reloaded stick and it worked OK on the third try.
