viewsat exreme 2000 scanning problem

I would like to add one channel and scanned 61.5, and then lost all.
After blind scan it get the channels but whenever I go to any chanel it keeps on searching. Please help how I can fix this problem.

Try auto scaning because blind scan can cause duplicates and did you try a hard rear boot..flick the switch from the back of the stb

I did try many times auto scan. There is no chanel. I did many times the blind scan. If I blind scan once for 61.5 seperatly with blind scans then I see some chanels, but when I go to the Antena setup the settings for 61.5 go back to the factory defaut. When I start the auto scan or blind scan for 119 or 110. It messed up every thing and go to the search signal. The settings go back to the factory settings.
I did down load`firmware for viewsat extreme and load into it as well but no success. Please help.

thay Are Talking About The Power Switch In The Back Of Box Turn On And Off How Is Your Signal Before You Do A Scan?

The signal on all dishes were fine about 74 74 on S and Q. When I do a blind scan it lost all dish information in the antena setting.
When I use auto scan I see a locked while processing as well.
Pl. Help

Blind scan is recommended only to catch new TP, make ONLY autoscan for have all channels don`t worry if you see locked while

Autoscan is not working. It is not picking the most of the channels.

Your S and Q is not sufficient stronger, maybe you need check,cables connection,antenna setting to have a better S and Quality, Post your tip of Dish and Antenna Setup to Help you better

can t change channel where do i have to go to reprogram 2000 ultra

I had same problem with mine everytime I go to scan channels it would loose the signal. I finally went and switched the LNB power off and everything is fine now.
