No Picture on Viewsat Extreme

Iahve a Viewsat Extreme and I downloaded the new fix 080617X but I can't get any picture. I have sound and I checked all of my wires. I downloaded it again and still no picture. I turned my sat box of from the back before doing anything and I have done it so many times now I could do it in my sleep...LOL. Anyway I have to go to work now and will check back later to see if anyone else had this problem or if it was just me.

Everyday from 2 to 6 pm i lose channels with no signal strenght. Do anybody know whats cause this?

could be a problem with the how intense the sun is reflecting off your dish

when you say no picture do you mean nothing including the menu, just blank?

or do you mean that channels are scrambled.

if its blank and you have your TV / stb wired correctlly, maybe you changed the TV input to an unused input and not the STB.
