STB freezing...
good morning every one i have a viewset extrem 2000 box. last night my box freezed. i have 2 dishes one for english channels and the other one for indian and pakistani channels. i am not getting no channels. can any one please help me out thankyou.how to down load these channels

Did you try doing a hard reboot. Turn OFF with back switch, leave OFF for 3-5 minutes and then power back ON...

hard reboot is your first step, check all your settings and connections including your switch is the second. make sure you have the latest bin file and your quality and signal is good.

if it's just auto rolling you might have to load an opkey file.
if the hard reboot don't work (switch on back).

Thankyou I Am Getting Some English Channels.not Getting Any International Channels.what Is Opkeys Can You Please Explain It To Me Thankyou.i Think I Have Deleated All Channels By Mistake.then I Did Factory Default. I Got Only Some English Channels No International Channels, Help Me Out Please Thankyou

you will have to check your settings if you did a factory default.
post your settings if your still having trouble and someone will check them out for you.

ok first do a hard reboot then put on channel 200 leave there for a couple of minutes picture should come thrue.

It will be helpful if can post ur complete settings on the two SAT ur aimed at for english n indian/pakistani channels..
once u factory default u need to reset all d settings as required 4ur sat ur wish to work with..alwayz a gud idea to note down or remmember the settings for that matter..
Sooner u post ur settings soon that extra help will arrive to get u going on international channels as well..gud luk -khan54..

the opkey file just gives the auto roll a boost. if it's taking way to long to roll the opkey is good but if auto roll is not the problem then no need for opkey.

GOOOD MORNING EVERY ONE I DID REBOOT TRY TO PUT CHANNEL200 IT DINT WORK
CHANNEL 200 DOES NOT COME WHEN I TRY TO PUT IT ON. I LIVE IN NEWYORK.I HAVE TWO DISHES.I THINK ONE DISH DIRECTED TO ECO 810/100.0W. THE OTHER WAS DIRECTED TO NAGARA MAY BE BOTH WHERE DIRECTED TO NAGARA. I TRYED TO DIRECTE THE DISH TO NEGARA BUT I CANT FIND NAGARA .I KEEP ON SCROLLING UP AND DAWN TO FIND NAGARA BUT I CANT FIND, I AM SORRY I SCREWED UP PRETY BAD. PLEASE HELP ME THANKYOU ,HAVE A GREAT DAY. Thankyou.
