Viewsat Xtreme 2000 File Update HELP!!!!

Hello, I usually give my receiver to the guy to update but it costs too much. So i need the full steps in detail on how to update the files in my Viewsat Xtreme 2000. I want to update the files so i can watch the american channels but without the files and every like 3 days it says no Audio or video or says autorroll proccessing and the channel never comes.
Please HELP ME
My viewsat xtreme 2000 doesn't have a usb port but i have the cable to connect my viewsat to the computer. Could anyone please help me its an emergency. I am a newbie and i need full detailed steps.

well, here goes.
first, make a folder and put it on your desk top.
label it sat stuff or something like that.
download loader 2. I'm not real familiar with this site so i don't really know where it is but it should be in a file section somewhere.
put loader 2 and zmodem in the sat folder.
down load winrar if you don't already have it.
download current bin file from file section.
winrar will pop up when bin file is down loaded.
click the extract button on winrar.
extract to sat folder. you may have to click display to find sat folder.
now all you have to do is connect your cable to your receiver and computer.
double click sat folder.
click loader 2
click open files and your bin file should be there. click bin file.
click open
make sure receiver is off in back.
now click pc->stb
switch receiver back on.
should start loading
do not click anything until your receiver returns to oooo or a channel number.
your done.
you might have to set a comport.
just bring up loader 2 and click tool, configure and set a port.
usually 3 or 4. but try one till it works.

hope this helps. it sounds hard but it's real simple once you do it.
I've upgraded to a usb receiver and it's much faster and easier.
i recommend it to everyone without it.

if it hit 0000 just wait alittle longer alot of people shut it iff too soon at 0000

wait about a min after ot until as said a channel number shows up or it goes to 0001

is it fine if i have loader 2.1
and where do i get zmodem and the bin file from???

also do i need any PGM files to fix my scramblled channels or the bin file has everything

bin file fixes all channels and loader 2.1 works just fine.

pgm file is the bin file for the viewsat .. that is all you need and the loader 2(it comes with the zmodem in it) make sure you keep them in the same folder or loader 2 will not work ..

as said above hook it up via null modem and follow what is up above

The latest bin file is in Viewsat extreme Download section. And look the latest update. But you need to Upgrade your membership before your get the bin file.
