Need help please with 2 dishes

ok i did what you told me to do which was to scan them one by one before i hook but when i scanned one and hooked the second one to scan. I did not have any channel it washed all the channel i even saved them but rescanning the second one. no what am i doing wrong

ok did the way you told me to do like scan each before hooking with a switch. but after scanning and saving when i went to scan for the second dish my recever washed all the channel that i had scanned on my first dish right after when i turned on the receiver to scan the second dish it did not have any channels for the first. now what am i doing wrong please

Sorry I should have told you to remember how many channels you got on each sat scan. If the amount is still low then the lbs might be the problem, if they are the same then the switch might be the problem.

what i would suggest is once you do the first scan and get channels hit exit on remote all the way out then turn off on back and switch cables then do sscan on second and do the same thing again only now hook up your switch

I want to thanks all who helped me out with this K2 ride. I espeically want to thank bobo no 1 for helping me out. I have got everything working now. I rescanned everything and this time it worked. THANK A Lot GUYS.
