Problems with Channel scan...

Hello guys;

I have a problem, since yesterday afternoon my extreme was running fine, but suddenly, all the channels that I have loaded disappeared... I did tried a channel scan, and auto scan, It shows all the channels again, but when I saved it and go back to the guide, the channels are not there. The only channels that I have right now are those PPV guide... Can somebody help me on this matter????

Also I downloaded the latest bin DBPSW-080627X.PGM and I still have the same problem...

We had a ECM yesterday. That file is no good. Viewsat has not released a new fix yet. Stay tuned here. As soon as it is released, we will post them. Thanks...

Just to let you know guys, I fixed the problem by doing a factory Reset and later scan all channels again. So far is working fine and without problems...
