When turning on the power to download the lastest file the extreme won't start downloading.....

Have you changed anything at all since the last time you loaded it, i.e cables, computer etc?

if it says resending try this:

Solution for Resending ZRQINIT..: frame255 : 00 000
If you are trying to Load the new file through Loader2 and getting this mssg Resending ZRQINIT..: frame255 : 00 000 here is the fix( i just did it on my reciever).

1) select the file in the Loader2
2) Ensure your reciever is connected through null cable to COM port of the computer.
3) switch off reciever from behind.
4) Press on PC -> STB on Loader2 and you will get this mssg frame255 : 00 000.. then Resending ZRQINIT..
4) As soon as you see Resending ZRQINIT.. switch on your reciever from behind.
5) you will see the file start loading on your reciever.
6) once the file in uploaded to 100% just switch off your reciever and then plug into your tv and LNB.
