vs extreme question
 a friend just got a vs extrme and i was thinking about it to i have a pansat but i'm not giving up onit just wondering anyway question is do you have to have a card to put in the receiver |

No the Viewsat is a Cardless fix you don't need the card just load the Bin file and your good to go.

viewsat question
put bin & ready to go?? i have an etreme fresh out of the box.. there is nothing i have to do except put in a appropiate bin,, what about 1st set of keys & channel list. is this all done with a one shot deal, load a bin? i read & alot of people are either misguided or posting the wronge info,, your help is appreciated, thanks

I waited as long as I could on Pansat -- and went ahead and bought a viewsat from the advertisers at the top of this site -- they sent it next day -- and now Im watching tv. The new season starts for House this Tuesday -- and I had to go ahead and spend the bucks... FYI -- the price has gone up by $10 in the past month --- but it is still resonable... (about 169 bucks)

Thats a good price even if it lasts a few weeks (but will be around longer).

Nothing else just the new bin and set your settings as if you did your Pansat.
No channel lists or sat lists NOTHING.
Have a go and let us know if you need more help.
