VIEWSAT EXTREME it was just showing 00.01 and i cant even get to menu!

yes it does turn into to 00.02 up to 00.15

That sounds like it is the clock running, try turning it on with the power button on the receiver.

i did it still does the sme thing. i think i might have to load the factory bin then the new fix right? and how do i do that?
i am going insain without my brazilian channel please help me!

You don't it's a new type of encryption and only the nfusion has a couple of channels working. Type in nag3 in the search tab at the top right hand side of the page and you can get some info on it.

doest the stb button light up when you press ok button?...if one of the other buttons beside the stb button lights up,then press the stb button and then the power button...just thought i'd throw that out there for you before you start loading files!...chachi...
