Hey guys, I have a buddy looking for a new bin for a neosat 1000.
His last bin was 5.9, does anyone know if this box is still supported ??

so to answer your question not to sure but for now i hear you can enter the keys manually for now still here are the instructions on how to if you don't know

You will need to get the keys first using a program like Key Ripper.

How to Manually Enter Keys in NeoSat Ipro 1000
Here's how to manually enter keys for the first time.
If you have allready entered keys before, just edit the key numbers.
Press Menu, scroll down with the down key to INSTALLATION,
scroll down to EDIT CODE, scroll down to EDIT CODE, scroll down to
N-CODE.
Press the FAV key to ADD Line
You will see a box that has the following lines
PP ID CODE
The PP is Highlighted- Press OK
A new box will appear with numbers and letters.
Enter 0101 using the number keys or scroll with vol left/right and ch up/down.
Press the Menu Key. It will take you back to the box with PP ID CODE.
Press the Vol> key to highlight the ID Box, Press OK, Enter 00, Press Menu to return to PP ID CODE box.
Press the Vol> 2 times to highlight the CODE Box, Press OK
Enter the first half of the key code ( 8 sets of 2 hex numbers )
Press MENU again to finish this line.
Press the FAV key to add next line.
Repeat Steps above to add the second half of (86) key code.
Repeat Steps above to add the (96) codes
It will look like this when you have all 4 lines completed
0101 00 0CCF879BFE90A4FF
0101 01 C664A7EB5154F5D9
0101 02 E3882571C3A1120F
0101 03 DAE7CF26C581DB91
Key number will change, these numbers are for demonstration only
Press Menu several times to exit back to view tv.
You only need to use this method the first time that are inputting the keys.
After that just use the volume arrow (right arrow) to scroll to the keys and hit OK, then input the new keys. Hit the MENU button to exit..

There was some discussion of doing a factory reset before loading 5.9, plus turning off autoroll. If the excellent info from Tomcat01 still doesn't get your friend TV, try my additional suggestions. It worked on my ipro 1000. Let me know if this board needs a pristine 5.9 bin.

I just scanned the neosat ipro 1000 downloads from this board. There's an even later bin from one of this Board's administrators. Sorry. I should have looked.
