Re: Need new bin................
I don't think there's any new bin for Neosat ipro 1000.

Should always look in the receiver Download section, if it's not there you won't find it anywhere else my friend.

Allan, robert is asking in the Neosat ipro 1000 help section, I assume he means that one, no?? Just thought I'd point that out.

Re: Need new bin................
thanks Zek! Yeah. I am referring to the ipro 1000. I would hate to throw the box in the trash. It is great when it works. Is the box so unpopular that there is no support at all. There has got to be a larger demand for this box. Just my thoughts!

Re: Need new bin................
I have the same problem with Robert. I am about to throw away my ipro1000 but I am still hoping that somewhere somehow, some Angels like you will point the way where to get support for this wonderful box. How do I get BEV, what direction should I point my dish? I am in the SF Bay area. I would really appreciate any direction that you or any member of the community can share.
