61.5 & Bev
I have a buzz s2010f. I have 110, 119, 61.5 & 91 hooked to it. I get the channels from 110 & 119 (some are scrambled), but I don't get the ones for 61.5 & bev at all. I did have the 61.5 channels in October, but lost them when the new November file came out. When I scan 61.5 & 91, I get the channels for 110 & 119 repeated (scans 110 & 119 again).
Could somebody please shed some light into this?
Many thanks and Happy Holidays.

What are your settings set too?
Do you have separate antennas and do you have a switch?

Carpenter1, I am quite new to FTA. Somebody set my buzz. I can't always get a hold of him. I prefer to do this on my own. I want to learn. I have paid in the past and this is where it brings me to. Thanks for your patience.
I don't know which settings you mean, thus I give you everything I think is pertinent.
A/V- NTSC
Autoroll-on
Auto tp-on
boot loader 01.11
main software-02.35-P
+++
For SAT:
LNB-on
LNB type-single
22khz-off
search options- all
network search- on
Diseqc- for each sat I have the different ports on: Port 1 = sat 61.5, Port 2 = sat 119, Port 3 = sat 110, Port 4 = sat 91(nimiq).
Motor- disable
legacy switch-off.
I have one dish for 110 &119, one dish for 61.5 and one for 91, all hooked to the 4x1 diseqc & into the receiver.

If you get the 110 channels when you scan 61, that means that your antenna is pointing to 110.

Hey guys!
Thanks for your input.
I am presently viewing the channels from 61.5. My problem seems to be with the transponder. I did a factory reset & started by scanning the 61.5, after checking which transponder was giving me 100% quality. I got nothing. I started over & on the 3rd try, got the channels. I didn't get 615(RTPI) & 650, but got the Brazilian. I tried the same for the nimiq (4 tries), but it didn't pick up any channels, except the echostar ones, which are the 110/119 channels with a 2 in front. Then I scanned my 110 & 119, got their channels.
Now when I change away from the 61.5 channels, I get the 110/119 channels (a few with no signal). To go back to the 61.5 channels, I have to go into menu & switch to a transponder that gives me 100% quality (every time) et voila, I have a signal & can view.
I hope this helps the ones that have the same problem, even though temporary.
Could it be my diseqc? I have a $5 one. I was told that there are $50 ones that make a difference. I would appreciate an honest answer (no dealers).
What can I do to keep the quality at 100%, after changing channels?
Will a frequency booster help? I would like to get my nimiq going as well.
Many thanks in advance and Happy New Year.

It does sound as if you are having a diseqc problem but it can also be a program problem.
Load this file for your receiver and try again>> http://www.abadss.com/forum/buzz-gen...se-13-dec.html
