buzz fix wont open

When I try to open the new buzz fix fill s2010plus, my computer wont let me. I m wounding what program do I need to open with, or download to be able to open it.

I don’t mind upgrading, but can you just explain to me exactly what is a buzz fix? would I be able to get all the bev channels back. I’m new at this and I don’t know where to start. I was getting all the bev channels until last week.

I upgraded my membership, but I still need help opining the buzz fix, I'm able to download it on the computer but I don’t know what to open it with. I don’t know if I have to download a program of the net, if I do can someone tell me what program.

Hi guys, I’m back with my stupid questions.
Remember I’m very new at this. I finally realized that I have to connect my laptop to buzz. When I finally did, my computer told me I had to install a drive (F5U409-CU) from the manufactures web site, so I did. But know I have no idea what to do with it. So if some one can please tell me step by step what I have to do.
