Other avenues for assistance.
I am a newbie as is clasified and I love the comeradery being generated in this forum. My membership was only roughly for utilized for 2 months before the famous N3 catastrophy; however, I continue to wait for deliverance from the almighty father(the coders). My question is beside helps particularly concerning FTA's, would it be out of place to post help for assistance concerning other various items like house hold appliances for instance: refrigirator repair help, washer and dryer repair helps etc...
Please I don't mean to offend people I am just curious and looking for a way to tap some resources for home chores while I wait!!
Thanks for you favorably info.

Hi omedike1, that is so funny, I was thinking about asking about a household problem today...lol We have such a diverse talented group here that I'm sure we could all help out each other with many things besides just FTA. The General Chit Chat forum area would be a great place to start. I have seen others ask for opinions concerning repairing things and received some great information. If there is a lot of interest, maybe we can suggest a "help" forum for everything except FTA...lol I'll kick it around with some people and Admindv. But like I said "general" chit chat is exactly that....so ask away. It is a good way to help out each other while waiting for more news about N3. Thanks for the suggestion and have a great week!!

Re: Other avenues for assistance.
That is an unusual request, not really our thing...but I was going to reply to post in General Chit Chat or we have a section titled "odd".
Maybe that would work as well?
You might do better on ebay or craigslist for physical/local help.
And if it's deliverance your after (no TV) remember that we have several options working on iks setups currently.
I personally suggest the new CNX Nano2 for smooth sailing these days.

Re: Other avenues for assistance.
You can always ask, who knows what will happen. We had a lady here a year or so ago who was wondering where she could buy her prescriptions when traveling, she got a good few ideas.
