"Chatterbox" - ABA DSS

I was wondering if we could make the phrase a little larger and in red or a bright color, telling people that it is for small talk only? Apparently they are missing that notice. Thanks

Maybe Cholito has a point about having a new section for the type of questions that keep coming up in the "chat" ...although it would have to be well "advertised" or the members may miss it. Not sure what the solution should be....just thinking out loud. Thanks for listening!

usually when i'm on i don't mind answering the questions in the chat. But no matter what people will continue to ask them, no matter how big you make that sentence.

I know, I think it would be cool to have a live chat for support like that, but then I thought....it may become overwhelming and hard to answer everything. But I'm sure when members first see it they are thrilled thinking they can get an answer immediately...which is the ultimate!!
