Just wanted to let everyone know that I ordered a box from this company. Received it, hooked it up and no power. Contacted the company, sent it back and now I can't get them to answer my e-mails, phone calls or anything. I paid 89.99 for the box and 10.45 to ship it back. I here the conformation from the postal services that this company has received the returned box. I just don't want this to happen to others at the web site.

try sending it back to viewsat, they should have a website, the ultra is a good box and viewsat is a credible company.

they will fix you up although they are a little slow with responses but they are a good and reputable company

Returned it on 9/23/2008
They received it on 9/25/2008
On 10/01/2008 they sent package label to my e-mail address but no shipment has been shipped, I have a tracking number to conform it.

They haven't answered the phone all week, I have tried from 1 P.M. to 7 P.M. EST, now they have my money and the product. What a company.....

Finally spoke with someone today, they said that they would ship my box out today, that it had got in a mix up. I guess I'll wait until Wed. or Thurs. to see what happens next.
