how is the 119/110 setup, are you using the bracket or ziptie...sometimes mine goes a little lower in the bracket, so the signal dips down to about 50-60%. if the signal finder did not give you a signal, then the lnb is not receiveing it. you put the wire from 119 lnb into the finder, then the other wire going to your receiver on the otherside right ?
