Do you happen to know what are the files that files that are getting clones, and how large they are? I am sure that these files are much more than the 7+MB a normal bin has. Is that right?
I am trying to find a way to get all the respective files, back them up from a working receiver and load them up on one with boot up problems.
Right now I am on an infinite boot loop. The boot loop fix (32MB+) file did not work, tried using to factory bins. I am on the same loop.
Is there anyway to clone to a genuine VS 9000HD WITHOUT A (MASTER) SET THAT YOU'D CONNECT TO? I guess this would equate to a full receiver image backup. Anyone in the know? How would you get to do this?
And BTW, not sure if this is specific to VS only, but not having a way to interupt a boot loop somehow (like pressing a key on the front panel or something) is pathetic engineering. I work with CPE devices (networking, multimedia, etc) and if any device does what the VS does with this boot loop... Just talking out loud.
I am losing faith in this box (many are being returned, which I wish I could do and go with a SV..).
