We have made one master file and boot common to all 3 varieties of receiver this will make it easier for all end users. The BLUE JAY Plus Has increased memory and will have features that the other 2 do not.
This may change in future versions but we wanted to get a common boot for all 3.

Blue Jay 2 and Blue Jay Plus models as well as New style Sat Cruisers (only the new style) will work this boot and main bin.

- Blue jay 2 and New style sat cruiser: will get 3 hours epg.
- Blue jay plus: will get around 2 ~ 3 days epg.
- Both models have nice looking new epg structure.

Blue jay 2 and Blue jay plus and New style sat cruiser will run on boot_v130 and bin v1.00.

Steps for downloading new bin for 3 models.
Refer to step by step file if needed on the ftp site. Please note the extra step in bluejay 2 and sat cruiser units.

1. Initialization at first (factory default in menu)
2. Select BOOT mode in uploader lite
3. Select boot_v130
4. Hit upload and power off and on when grey screen appears; wait for it to finish on display screen on receiver.
(NOTE: on BLUE JAY 2 and New style Sat Cruiser it will stay at the word GOOD in the display so power off and on with rear switch). (will correct this in next version)
5. switch to main mode in uploader and repeat with blue_v100.bin
6. initialization again (factory default again)

6. wait and picture will pop-up

High lights for new users
Guide has auto update on blue jay plus only (can set to manual)
Guide button 2 times will give you give you THEMES (right arrow to select themes)
Blue Jay Plus has component out
Blue Jay plus has wish list if you scroll ahead in the guide and hit ok a show will highlight in red and will tune to that show when it starts. (these selections can be viewed in guide and red button)
All 3 Units have stable solid Epg with no corrupt text or lost epg.
All 3 units have fast menu for scrolling and search
All 3 units have ultra high speed accurate scanning
All 3 units Have ultra high picture quality.
