If you go on their site you would think that everything is moving along just fine with support but in reality it seems that they have some serious problems. While looking at what has happened to the price of maggies ( now $89 ) I have to wonder what is the life expectancy of this unit ? I would not advise anyone to buy their products until they show better support for any and all of their products without excuses of how difficult it is to perfect a bin or that they want to make sure they have a workable bin without any glitches. SAVE your money...............
