Need Help.

I'm having a problem posting a new thread as a new member, so I'll try here for now. My problem is that I was talked into getting a Free to Air receiver (Orasat) and downloading the proper files. The person said they would help me install everything, but he disappeared. So, I'm at a point where I can get to the setup on the TV, but it won't go any further - guess I need help being very unfamiliar with all of this.

I just got up and running i will help the best that i can. #1 we need to know the Receiver you have? if is the same as the one I got I can help, if not someone who has it will help you out.
