This Magnum unit file (XV3300v114) has been upgraded to work with the existing Aux card file for rom102 and rom103. If you already have a Aux solution file written on your rom102 or rom103 card you do not need to rewrite it. Just load this file to unit and place card into unit. Watch TV.

If you are loading these types of solutions for first time follow these simple steps.

This file allows you to program the AUX solution to an unlocked rom102 or rom103 card using the all ready built in card reader without the need of buying an extra ISO programmer.

With an unlocked rom102 or rom103 card inserted into your Magnum box follow these instructions to the letter.

1. LOAD FILE - XV3300v114 - TO MAGNUM as usual (start the X-Down software, select the file, then power ON the Magnum via the Switch at the back of the unit). Wait for it to say "GOOD" on the front of the Magnum, then Power OFF, wait 10 seconds, then PowerON via the switch at the back). Then power on with the remote.

2. Press MENU on the remote control

3. Move cursor to “EMBEDDED CAS”

4. Move to option “SMART CARD"

5. Press "OK"

6. Press the Red Button on the remote control to write to the unlocked car inserted. The unit will automatically recognize whether a rom102 or rom103 is inserted and write the correct info to the card.

You will see in the lower right hand corner - "SC ROM Upgrade", then "---Success---".
