Can't get horizontal transponder signal
Hi, I have a viewsat extreme and a sonicview 1000 sharing a dual LNB for BEV. The viewsat gets all the channels from vertical and horizontal transponders, but in the sonicview I can only get verticals, does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this problem, thanks

Do you have both the setting of the lnb's the same in the receivers?

Yes what mountaineer said so check the LNB types to see they are both the same. And if you are sharing the same LNB for both make sure you ground your antenna.

Re: Can't get horizontal transponder signal
I have the same exact problem but instead I have a cnx mini and a sv1000, I have 2 dual legacy lnb´s, one for 119 and the other one for 110, the mini has a sw21 switch and its working great, the sv has a diseq and at the beginning the sv was getting every vertical tp from 110 and 119 but now I dont even get vertical tps and just a few channels from 110, as for the mini, its working great, getting every single channel from both births, my guess is that I would have to get another dish for the sv1000 a independent dish with 2 singles legacy this is the way it was working at 100% before.

Re: Can't get horizontal transponder signal
Anybody figured out the problem? I got same from my DP500/sv4000. I used a SV4000 4/1 switch. I will try direct connect today see what happens.

Re: Can't get horizontal transponder signal
I also had the same problem. I have a viewsat 2000 platm, and a sonicview 4000. I can use the correct lbn settings for my viewsat, but they will not work for my sonicview. To me, it seems like the only way to get a good scan on the sonicview is to put your lbn type to single and you get all the channels. Try that everyone. it should work.
