I have a way of gettingn a reciever with a complete package in HD, the question is - will this setup work for me in Canada. The DTV people say that i have to report anytime i take the reciever to Canada, and report when i get it back to the US (if i was having it installed in a motorhome). the question is can thay track it somehow?

if this is not going to work - couls i go with a DISH setup instead?
